« Hotel sympathique »
L'hôtel est bien placé et sa crique est magnifique. La bar "grotte" est atypique et très sympa. Les consommations hors all inclusive ne sont pas très cher. Certains membres de la réception parle français, ce qui est agréable.
Il faut savoir que c'est un très grand hôtel et qu'il y a beaucoup de monde. Le parking est actuellement en travaux donc nous sommes obligés de se garer dans les rues aux alentours. La femme de ménage laisse constamment les fenêtres ouvertes après avoir fait le ménage. La chambre manque d'éclairage.

« Je retourne chaque année dans cet hotel et je suis toujours impressionnée par la vue ! »
Tout est parfait dans cet hôtel ! Restauration, hôtel, plage.... On nous a donné une chambre bruyante au début, je l'ai signalé de suite à l'accueil et l'on nous a proposé, immédiatement une chambre au calme.
Impossible d'avoir un taxi pour descendre à Magaluf. La montée est assez pénible !

« Bon hôtel »
- l’amabilité du personnel - la piscine - choix nourriture - quelques activités (on a particulièrement apprécié la soirée piano-bar) - la vue est magnifique - prendre un taxi pour 5€ et aller à Magaluf pour avoir pleins d’activités
- la qualité de la nourriture parfois laissait à désirer - être au 4e étage et entendre tout le bruit du restaurant (être réveillé avant 7h parfois) - la guerre des transats… il faut réserver son transat la veille au soir ou très tôt le matin alors que dans l’hôtel c’est bien affiché que c’est interdit. sauf que si vous ne le faites pas, vous n’aurez pas de transat, ni de parasol…
